Terms and Conditions

Delivery Policy - All orders will be despatched next day providing that we receive and process your order by 1pm that day, it is in stock and delivery is to Mainland UK.  Our standard carriage charge is £5.00 and orders should be received within 4 - 5 working days however please allow for 10 - 14 days for delivery.  Our larger items are sent next day delivery via courier and carriage on these items is £15.00.  For delivery charges on our instruments, please contact us.  You can place an enquiry for the product online and a member of the Mass Spec Service Solutions team will contact you with delivery information.

 

Unfortunately we can only accept online payments if you are in Mainland UK.   If you are outside of the UK you can process your order online and a member of the Mass Spec Service Solutions team will contact you with details of carriage charges and will be able to take payment over the phone. All prices are subject to VAT.

 

 

Returns Policy - If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us.  We must insist that you return the goods within 7 days of receiving them. You are responsible for the return costs. The returned goods must be in sealed boxes and perfect condition when they arrive here. Once the goods have been inspected and we are satisfied with their condition, we will issue a full refund excluding outgoing carriage costs. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a return.
