AnalyzerPro is a vendor independent software application for processing mass spectrometry data. Using proprietary algorithms, AnalyzerPro can analyze both LC/MS and GC/MS files using qualitative processing to detect components in a reliably and rapid manner over a wide range of concentrations.
 

The spectra for the found components are automatically enhanced, eliminating the need for manual background subtraction or spectral refinement algorithms. Found components reported by the qualitative processing can be further searched against the NIST / EPA / NIH Mass Spectral Library or against an internal target component library.
 

The software also allows quantitative analysis to be carried out. Reports are available to show quantitative or qualitative results or a combination of the two.
 

Each report is designed to provide maximum insight into your data. In addition to the predefined reports supplied with AnalyzerPro the ability to easilty create your own custom reports exists. This allows mathematical operations to be performed on your data and helps in producing professional and usable reports.
